When life gives you lemons…

Throughout cancer treatment, I continued working full-time as a Creative Director—and I don’t regret it. It may sound crazy, but my work gave me a sense of “normalcy” when everything else felt out of my control. In my creative role, I still had a sense of purpose and focus. More than just a distraction, this was possible because I was privileged to have incredibly supportive coworkers and friends who stood by me through it all.
